The income report is a summary of all invoices generated during the selected time period, whether paid or not. The income report differs from the payments report which summarizes payments received and refunds issued during the specified time period.

To generate an income report, follow these steps:
- Hover over the Finances menu and select the Reports option.
- Click the Income link.
- Select the date range – when the income was recorded or received.
- Select the invoice/payment type(s) you are interested in. You can filter the report by invoice origin – events, membership, donations, store orders, or manually created invoices – or by payment status – fully paid, partially paid or unpaid.
- Click Generate report.
