A lapsed member paid the renewal invoice but is still not active

It's possible that the member paid the renewal invoice for the previous period rather than the current one. To avoid this happening in the future, be sure to check the Void renewal notice checkbox in the Renewal reminders and actions section of the Renewal policy tab for each membership level.
