Where did the Chat button go?

The Chat button can be found in the bottom right corner of every web page within the Admin view of your account during regular support hours, which are 9am - 7pm EST, Monday to Thursday, and 10am - 5pm EST on Fridays.

Note: If the Chat button doesn't appear during regular support hours, please clear your browser cache.

You can chat with a WildApricot support agent by clicking the Chat button within the help panel or at the bottom right of any page within the Admin view of your account.

A WildApricot support agent will respond to your question as soon as possible.

Note: Live chat is only available during our regular support hours:

  • Mondays - Thursdays:  9am - 7pm EST
  • Fridays:  10am - 5pm EST

The Chat button will not appear on your screen outside of these hours.
