Billing screen for text messaging

Reminder: Billing for the Text Messaging service is separate and different from the billing for your WildApricot subscription plan. You must apply for a Text Messaging account and provide credit card billing information for that account. Text Messaging is not bundled with any WildApricot subscription plan.

The Billing screen for WildApricot's text messaging service displays a breakdown of each month's bill.  

The bill displays the estimated total fees, and breaks down the total by:

  • incoming responses
  • the virtual phone number
  • each outgoing campaign

For the current month, the estimated total is the total to date, and may increase with additional campaigns or responses.
