To be released beginning on April 7, 2021. The release will be rolled out to groups of accounts over a span of several days. Consequently, some changes may not appear on your account until after the release date.
The Version 7.20 release includes the following changes and enhancements.
Filtering store orders
You can now filter the store orders list. You can filter the list by entering a product name or customer name in the quick search field...
...and/or by selecting any or all of the following filters:
- date (last 30 days, 60 days, 6 months, 12 months, or a custom date range)
- payment status (no invoice, paid, partially paid, unpaid, free)
- order status (fulfilled, unfulfilled, undefined, cancelled)
To reset the filters to their default values, click Reset filter.
Your filter settings will saved between screens within the current session but not between different sessions.
Exporting store orders
You can now export your store orders – as they appear on the Orders list – to to a spreadsheet. To do so, follow these steps:
- From the Orders list, filter your orders to display only those orders you want to export.
- Click the Export button.
- On the dialog that appears, select the export file format – XLS, CSV, or XML.
- Choose which fields to include in the export file.
- Click the Export button.
While the export file is being generated, you can click the Continue working button and safely switch to another Wild Apricot admin screen, or wait for the file to be generated. If you wait until the export file is generated, the file will be automatically downloaded, and a link to the file will appear as well. In either case, you'll receive an email with a link to the file.
Exporting poll results
You can now export poll results to a spreadsheet. You can export results for polls that are closed or still collecting votes.
To export poll results, click the Export results button within the poll details.
On the dialog that appears, you can select the export file format (XLS, CSV, or XML) and choose the fields to include in the export file.
To begin generating the export file, click the Export button at the bottom of the dialog. While the export file is being generated, you can click the Continue working button and safely switch to another Wild Apricot admin screen, or wait for the file to be generated. If you wait until the export file is generated, the file will be automatically downloaded, and a link to the file will appear as well. In either case, you'll receive an email with a link to the file.

A number of issues identified by our clients have been fixed, including but not limited to the following:
