To be released beginning on June 2, 2021. The release will be rolled out to groups of accounts over a span of several days. Consequently, some changes may not appear on your account until after the release date.
The Version 7.21 release includes the following changes and enhancements.
Exporting invoice line items
You can now export invoice line items to a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will consist of one row for each line item, including any extra charges. The spreadsheet can be imported into QuickBooks Online or another accounting application like Xero.
To export invoice line items to be imported into QuickBooks Online, you filter your invoices list to display only those invoices you want to export then click the Export dropdown and select the Export line items to QuickBooks Online option.
To export invoice line items to a generic spreadsheet for use in other applications, click the Export dropdown and select the Export line items option.

Exporting email tracking information
You can export the tracking information for a particular message to a spreadsheet for further analysis. The spreadsheet will contain contact and membership information for each recipient, along with the following columns:
- Delivered?
Possible values: Delivered, Failed - Opened?
Possible values: Yes, No, empty (if delivery failed) - Clicked?
Possible values: Yes, No, empty (if email was not opened) - Links (one column for each trackable link)
Possible values: Clicked, empty (if not clicked) - Failed response
The text of the email failure message
To export the tracking information for a message, click the Export button at the top of the screen while viewing the message details.
On the dialog that appears, select the export file format (XLS, CSV, or XML), choose the fields to include in the export file then click the Export button.
While the export file is being generated, you can click the Continue working button and safely switch to another Wild Apricot admin screen, or wait for the file to be generated. If you wait until the export file is generated, the file will be automatically downloaded, and a link to the file will appear as well. In either case, you'll receive an email with a link to the file.
New email template for your website launch
When you’re ready to announce your new Wild Apricot website to your members, you can use a new email template to help you get the word out.
