To be released beginning on July 13, 2021. The release will be rolled out to groups of accounts over a span of several days. Consequently, some changes may not appear on your account until after the release date.
The Version 7.22 release includes the following changes and enhancements.
Widgets now compatible with new browser policies
We have changed how our widgets work so that they are compatible with new browser policies regarding third-party cookies.
As a result, visitors to sites that use Wild Apricot widgets no longer need to enable third-party cookies or cross-site tracking in Safari or Chrome browsers.
However, if authorization is required, visitors will have to log in again if they restart or refresh their browser.
Bug fixes
A number of issues identified by our clients have been fixed, including but not limited to the following:
- Announcement link for admin-only poll returns "Resource not found" error when opened by administrator
- ICS file export returns incorrect start and end time
- Online store gadget not available for some accounts
- Renewal date did not update despite successful payment using PayPal Payflow Pro
- Donation profile with expired card not cancelled automatically
- Events not shown in calendar view despite being displayed in list view
- Switching to public view from Email screen results in a blank screen
- Multiple audit log entries for recurring subscription ended message
