To be released beginning on September 7, 2021. The release will be rolled out to groups of accounts over a span of several days. Consequently, some changes may not appear on your account until after the release date.
The Version 7.23 release includes the following changes and enhancements.
Widgets now compatible with new browser policies
We have changed how our widgets work so that they are compatible with new browser policies regarding third-party cookies.
As a result, visitors to sites that use Wild Apricot widgets no longer need to enable third-party cookies or cross-site tracking in Safari or Chrome browsers.
However, if authorization is required, visitors will have to log in again if they restart or refresh their browser.
Bug fixes
A number of issues identified by our clients have been fixed, including but not limited to the following:
- ICS file export link returns 404 Page not found error
- Membership related data not exported in Poll results file
- Store export does not include entire list of orders
- Unused order status of Undefined appears in store filter
- Exporting invoice line items return blank fields under item price/amount columns
- Event time zone not shown in event details
- Unable to edit HTML for event descriptions
- Updating or saving information on Membership tab resets email preferences to defaults
- User ID column mislabelled as Develop in orders export file
- Unable to register for events using embedded widgets
- Search with custom filter using directory widget returns all members
