Version 7.24 release

To be released beginning on November 9, 2021. The release will be rolled out to groups of accounts over a span of several days. Consequently, some changes may not appear on your account until after the release date.

The Version 7.24 release includes the following changes and enhancements.

Online store API

We've added a new Store API call to our admin API, allowing you to retrieve information about online store orders and products, and set the status of an existing order.

You can filter the results of the Store API call so that only those orders that match the filter criteria will be included. For example, you might want to retrieve orders with a particular order status or payment status, or between certain dates.

Bug fixes

A number of issues identified by our clients have been fixed, including but not limited to the following:

  • Incorrect time recorded for event registrations
  • Event report shows incorrect amount since it excludes taxes for cancelled registrations
  • Event registration type name displays shows HTML character code in place of accent
  • Unable to change RSVP response from Yes to No for registrants added manually
  • Incorrect filter options displayed for RSVP events
  • Unable to edit Online store product system page if there are no products in the store
  • API call for updating event returns incorrect data
