Stripe is an online payment processing service that allows you to accept online credit card payments through your WildApricot website.
Important Note: If you use a payment processor other than WildApricot Payments (AffiniPay), and your organization is based in the US or Canada, a 20% Payment System Servicing Fee will be applied to your account's billing plan on your next renewal date.
Payments using Stripe
After you create a Stripe account and configure your payment settings to accept Stripe, customers on your website will be redirected to a Stripe payment screen to finalize the payment.
After the payment is processed, the customer is returned to the Invoices and payments tab on their member profile, where the invoice and payment will appear if the payment was successful.
Note: Member credit card information is not stored in WildApricot. Instead, it is securely transmitted to your payments processor, in this case, Stripe. Stripe then returns the status of the payment transaction, which is recorded in your WildApricot transaction details.
Configure your payment settings for Stripe
You can create a new Stripe account and connect it to your WildApricot website, or integrate an existing Stripe account.
