A suspended member can still log into your site, but as a non-member contact. Suspended members may need to log in so that they can view or cancel event registrations, view or pay outstanding invoices, manage recurring donations, or update their email and privacy settings.
A suspended member cannot restore their membership, but they can apply for membership like anyone else.
