Why can't I text recipients outside the US or Canada?

WildApricot's Text messaging is only available in the US and Canada. That means:

  • Your billing address must be in the US or Canada.
  • Recipient phone numbers must not have a country code other than +1.

If you try to text to phone numbers registered outside the US or Canada, the system will treat such numbers as invalid and will not send messages to them.

Important Note: WildApricot's Text messaging service can only send text/SMS messages to contacts who are listed in your WildApricot database.
