Additional information
Plan upgrades
When you upgrade your subscription plan, you will be charged a pro-rated upgrade fee covering the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Plan downgrades
When you downgrade to a plan with a lower contacts limit, you won't lose existing contacts or files, even if your account exceeds the new, lower limits. However, once you exceed your plan's limit, you cannot add any more contacts, including new event registrants or donors. New visitors to your site will not be able to perform any function that requires adding them as a contact, like registering for an event, making a donation, or buying from your online store.
Important Note: If you downgrade or cancel your subscription, any remaining portion of your previous payment will not be refunded.
Annual billing discount
If you change to an annual billing period in order to receive the discounted rate, you'll be charged the 1-year or 2-year subscription price on your next monthly billing date.
Extra fees charged by credit card issuers
Some credit card issuers may charge a cross-border fee to subscribers located outside of Canada. To learn more, view our help article on cross-border fees.
