Overview
With Make, you can harness the power of WildApricot's API for automated workflows without having to write or understand code.
Important Note: Integromat is now Make. If you have previously created WildApricot integrations with Integromat, it's important that you upgrade to Make as soon as possible. Make will discontinue support for Integromat integrations starting on June 30, 2023, and all Integromat integrations will be deactivated on September 30, 2023. For more information, see End of Integromat.
The process of setting up an automated workflow integration with Make involves two main steps:
Step 1: Authorize Make to access WildApricot
Step 2: Integrate WildApricot in your Make account
These steps are described in detail below.
Step 1: Authorize Make to access WildApricot
- In your WildApricot Admin view, select Apps from the sidebar menu.
- Select Authorized applications.
- Click the Authorize application button at the top of the screen.
- In Application authorization, select Server application and click Continue.
- In Application details, enter Make as the application name and select Full access.
- Copy the unique API key to your clipboard and click Save in the top left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Integrate WildApricot in Make
- Go to make.com and click Get started free to create a new account, or log in if you already have a Make account.
- In your Make account, click Create a new scenario.
- Click the large plus sign to select a trigger app. Search for and select WildApricot as the trigger app.
- Select a WildApricot action module from the list. (In the example below, Create contact is selected.)
