Your WildApricot account includes space to store files, such as documents and images. You can share a link to a file you have uploaded by copying its URL address from the file's properties.
To locate and copy the URL for a file you have already uploaded to your Files storage, follow these steps:
1. Select Settings from the admin sidebar menu.
2. In Global settings, under Your account, select Files. 
3. Locate the name of the file and right click on it to open the options window. Select Properties. 
4. In the Properties window, highlight the URL (in the Location field), then right click to open the options window and click Copy.
Now you can paste the copied URL address wherever you need to share it.
