Overview
You can access help from the sidebar menu within the Admin view. In the Help & Support panel you can:
- Search for help by topic or keyword
- View Suggested help articles
- View Interactive tutorials
- Email a support request
- Chat with one of our support agents
For help with your Trial account, we recommend using our free coaching service. Select Book a call within the help panel to get free expert advice.
Note: Phone support is not available for WildApricot.
The help panel
Within the Admin view of your account, select Help & Support on the sidebar menu. The help panel will open on the right side of your screen. 
Help search
Type a question or keywords in the search field, and a list of help articles related to your topic will appear. Click on any title to view the article.
Suggested help articles
The help panel suggests helpful articles based on the specific page you are viewing within your account. Click on any title under Suggested articles to view.
Interactive tutorials
Launch the interactive tutorial library to view and select from a list of helpful, step-by-step guides that walk you through common actions within your WildApricot account. You can find the Interactive tutorials link within the help panel.
Email support
You can email WildApricot Support by clicking the Email button within the help panel.
Support chat
You can chat with a WildApricot Support agent by clicking the Chat button within the help panel.
Live chat support is available 9am - 7pm EST, Monday to Thursday, and 10am - 5pm EST on Fridays.
Important note: If the Chat button doesn't appear active during regular support hours, please try clearing your browser cache.

Help with billing and sales
For account billing issues, you can email billing@wildapricot.com. Most requests for assistance with billing must be made by a full account administrator.
If you want to contact a salesperson, email sales@wildapricot.com.
