You can access help content for WildApricot right within your admin view.
To display the help panel, select Help center at the bottom of the sidebar menu in your admin view or click the question icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
The help panel will open.
Enter a word or phrase in the Search for help field. Help articles related to your topic will be displayed. Select an article to view its contents within the panel.
To view the online help center, or to view the selected article in full screen mode, select the expand icon.
Email or Chat with our support team
If you’re unable to find an answer to your question within the online help content, you can email a support request or chat with our support team using the buttons provided in the help panel.
Note: The live Chat button is only activated during our support team's business hours. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9AM-7PM EST and Friday 10AM-5PM EST. The Chat button is also deactivated when our support team is observing national holidays.
