Mobile App for Members: Account Settings

To access the mobile member app settings within your online account, select Apps from the sidebar menu in the Admin view, then select Mobile app for members.

The following settings are available:

Enable member app

Controls whether the mobile member app can be used to access data from your WildApricot database.

Show member directory

Controls whether a member directory appears on the member app. If you enable the member directory, you can choose the kinds of members you want to appear in the directory.

Important note: Enabling the member app grants all members access to view member information according to the settings you indicate under Show member directory

Members to include

If you've chosen to show the member directory on the member app, you can choose the kinds of members you want to appear in the directory. 

Options include:

  • All active members
  • From saved search (Members drawn from one of your saved searches)
  • Selected levels (Members who belong to the membership levels you choose)

Show bundle coordinators only

If you have bundle memberships, you can choose to show only the bundle coordinators in your member directory rather than all members.

Show events calendar

Controls whether an event calendar appears on the mobile member app. If you enable the events calendar, you can then choose the kinds of events you want to appear on the calendar.

Only upcoming events will appear in the event calendar in the members app.

Events to include

If you've selected Show events calendar, you can choose the kinds of events you want to appear on the calendar. 

Options include:

  • All events, visible to public
  • Only events with specific tags
