Event emails not being copied according to system email settings

You can specify recipients to be copied on system emails, but this option must also be activated within each event's email settings. 

To send a copy of an event's emails to your System email recipients, follow the steps below:

1. Select Events from the sidebar menu, then select the specific event.

2. From the event details view, select the Emails tab (located under the event title).


3. Within the Emails tab, click Edit (located under Event list on the top menu).


4. In the Edit screen, select the option to Copy emails according to system email recipients settings, then Save.

Repeat this process for each event. If this option is not selected, then your system email settings will be ignored for the emails concerning this event.
