Paypal has sent the APRA website user this information. It appears from your Help portal that you are only Level 1, not 1.2 and the posting is 1.5 years old. Are you compliant so we can continue to use Paypal from the WA hosted site?
What is the Deadline for Merchants to Make the Required Updates?
Before June 30, 2018, PayPal is requiring all merchants to upgrade their security protocols to TLS 1.2, in line with the PCI mandate, and make the other required security upgrades. At that time, merchants will no longer be able to accept payments with PayPal until they make the necessary upgrades.

We are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, and we support TLS version 1.2.

These are two difference matters. Our level of PCI DSS compliance has nothing to do with which version of TLS we support.
