If a membership application is awaiting administrator approval or payment of the membership fee, it will be inactive and have a membership status of Pending.
To activate a pending membership application, follow these steps:
- Open the contact record for the member
- Go to the Membership tab.
- Click the Edit button within the Membership section of the Membership tab.
- Click the Active option within Membership status.
- Click the Save button.
To automatically activate new members, go to each membership level and change the Membership application review options on the New applications tab.
