How do I activate a membership?

If a membership application is awaiting administrator approval or payment of the membership fee, it will be inactive and have a membership status of Pending.

To activate a pending membership application, follow these steps:

  1. Open the contact record for the member
  2. Go to the Membership tab.
  3. Click the Edit button within the Membership section of the Membership tab.
  4. Click the Active option within Membership status.
  5. Click the Save button.

To automatically activate new members, go to each membership level and change the Membership application review options on the New applications tab.
