On the TNS Conversations screen, you can view the latest responses to your text messages, and review the messages send back and forth between your organization and specific contacts.
You are charged for messages you receive in response to your campaigns, not just for the messages you send.
The latest responses are displayed in chronological order, beginning with the most recent.
To view messages send to and received from a particular contact, click the Contacts tab.
You can filter the list using any of the filters available to you when you set up a campaign, and search within the filtered list.
Including +phone in the search field displays only contacts with a value in the phone field.
To view your conversation with a particular contact, click that contact within the list. A complete transcript of your messages will appear.
