TNS filters

To specify the recipients of your TNS campaign, you choose from the following filters. 

In each case, only those with a value in the selected phone field will be counted as possible recipients. For instructions on choosing the phone field used in your Wild Apricot account, see Integrating TNS with your Wild Apricot account.

All contacts (excluding archived)

All contacts with a value in the specified phone field, excluding archived contacts.

Contacts with email delivery disabled

Contacts for whom email delivery was disabled in Wild Apricot.

Archived contacts

All archived contacts with a value in the specified phone field.

Active members

Members with a status of Active, Pending - Renewal, or Pending - Level change. Members with a status of Pending - New, Suspended, or Lapsed are not included.

Pending renewal members

Members with a status of Pending - Renewal.

Members with email delivery disabled

Members for whom email delivery was disabled in Wild Apricot with a status of Active, Pending - Renewal, or Pending - Level change. Members with a status of of Pending - New, Suspended, or Lapsed are not included.

Saved search

Saved member and contact searches from your Wild Apricot account. After you select this filter, you choose the saved search you want to use to specify the recipients of your message.

Email non-openers

Recipients of a particular manual email successfully sent from your Wild Apricot account within the last 21 days who have not opened the message, according to email tracking. After you select this filter, you choose the manual email from the dropdown list to the right. 

If you have disabled email tracking for a particular manual email, then all recipients of the email will be included, whether they opened the message or not.

Membership level

Members from a particular membership level with a status of Active, Pending - Renewal, or Pending - Level change. Members with a status of Pending - New, Suspended, or Lapsed are not included. After you select this filter, you choose the membership level from the dropdown list to the right. 

Member group

Members of a particular member group. After you select this filter, you choose the member group from the dropdown list to the right. 

Event registrants

Contacts who are currently registered for a particular event, whether their registrations are fully paid or not, and whether the event is public or not. After you select this filter, you choose the event from the dropdown list to the right. 

Only events within the last 12 weeks or up to 12 weeks away are listed. Also, the event must have the specified phone field included on the event registration form. 

Guests will not be included in the recipients list even if their contact information was entered as part of the registration.
