WildApricot's Text Notification Service (TNS) is provided only in the US and Canada. That means:
- Your billing address should belong to the US or Canada.
- The system ignores phone numbers that start with a country code other than +1.
If you try to text to phone numbers registered outside the US or Canada, the system will treat such numbers as invalid and will not send messages to them.
